For shipping, products are shipped Monday – Saturday to the contiguous 48 states. Orders are typically shipped the day after they are received. However, please allow up to 2 days for processing of orders containing dog and cat food. Orders made online after Saturday at 12:00pm noon through Sunday will ship the following Monday. Pet Supermarket ships packages through FedEx. Free Shipping is offered for orders over $49 at the subtotal level (after coupons have been applied and prior to any applicable taxes). All orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $5.99 ground shipping. Restrictions apply and will be noted during Checkout. Express shipping options are currently not available at this time.
For returns, in-store purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase to a Pet Supermarket store. For purchases with a receipt, a refund for the amount paid will be given. For in-store returns without a receipt, an in-store credit will be given. Online purchases may also be returned in store. Returns must be processed within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. The packing slip included with the online order is required to make the return. To make an online return, please contact customer service at 866-230-5188 or email at customerservice@petsupermarket.com. Pet Supermarket is not responsible for return shipments lost by the carrier.
